WeserZimmer is a guesthouse in Brake on the Lower Weser that underwent a complete renovation in 2025, just a few minutes’ walk from the banks of the Weser and the promenade. We rent rooms to business travellers and technicians, cyclists on the Weser Bike Path, and holidaymakers—for one night or for several months.

Each room has its own bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, a desk, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and an electric kettle with tea and instant coffee. Bed linens and towels are provided.

WeserZimmer is operated by WeserPension Vermietungs GmbH, based in Brake (Unterweser), which was founded in 2024 by Steffen Peuker. We operate a single building with six rooms, which we completely renovated in 2025, and manage everything ourselves—no franchise, no chain.

For you, this means: short lines of communication. You’ll have a dedicated contact person who knows the building and the area, and you’ll receive quick responses, even on weekends. Check-in is straightforward, even for late arrivals by prior arrangement.

Many of our guests are technicians and business travellers who stay for weeks or months at a time. That’s why we’re well-versed in handling corporate invoices, room reservations for entire teams, and flexible check-in and check-out times. Equally welcome are

cyclists on the Weser Cycle Route and holidaymakers looking for a quiet, clean room just a few minutes’ walk from the Weser River.

Access is incredibly easy. All rooms are equipped with a key safe.
One day before arrival, you’ll receive an email with the code and all the necessary information on how to access your room.
