The villa is located on a 10,000 m² plot of land, fenced and adorned with a wide variety of fir trees and plants, as well as an orchard of fruit trees.

It features 8 double rooms with private bathrooms and an apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

The rooms feature private bathrooms, hot water, central heating, cable TV, and terraces.
The living room is set up as a dining room or as a space for hosting events.

In the guesthouse’s attic, guests can enjoy a rustic-style room entirely paneled in wood, equipped with a ping-pong table, a pool table, and board games (chess, cards).
