"Our room that we initially booked had sheets that smelled weird from a previous guest. However, after talking to the receptionist, she offered to move us into a different room for no charge, and she even upgraded us to a suite within 15 minutes of us talking to her about the smell. She immediately came to see what the issue was and gave us a quick resolution. The new room was so comfortable and smelled pristine! Great location to have access to all things Brandenburg!"

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The BonVoy app made it easy to check in online and get a phone key before we arrived, and the process worked smoothly. There is sufficient free parking in front of the facility. We did speak with the staff at the font desk, and she was very helpful. The location was perfect for somewhere to stay overnight for an early morning event in Louisville. The only downside is the noise from the interstate and airport because of the proximity to Louisville. There were a handful of fast food and chain restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. "

"I don't understand the negative reviews,we were checked in by a lady who was absolutely wonderful to work with, even my 8 yr old daughter commented on how nice she was. The room was decent, nothing spectacular but for the price it was on par with the rest. Breakfast was OK, it's free and had options. The pool was my daughter's favorite part, her and a few other kids had a great time. I'll stay again if I'm ever in Louisville again."
