"Checked in late around 10pm a staff member at front desk was unable to check us in as we had to wait for someone else to help. Had to sit a wait with 2 small kids and after a long drive. In the morning Penelope at the front desk was wonderful and helped the breakfast staff replenish utensils and her I changed out the coffee pot. She had great customer service and most pleasant. "

"There was no complementary breakfast, parking only in a garage in a separate building, and upon entering my room, the shower did not work! The staff 1st said, they didn't have any rooms avaliable, but they did send someone up and he told us he will get us another room and came through. It was very inconvenient for the time we had arrived, but at the end, the gentleman came through. Overall, I won't stay here again! The rooms were clean, very updated but the location is not cool."
