「Communication before our visit was great. Very detailed and made check in super easy. The hotel was perfect. Quiet. Romantic. Historic. It was wonderful. Room was updated but maintained a historic feel. Again, could not have been more pleased.」

I would’ve liked to have met the owner & maybe get a back story of the hotel. Parking was a little tight but we have a very large truck. Our visit was cut short due to an unexpected emergency at home, which was about 7-8 hrs away. However overall, it was great & one of the best vacations I’ve had. Thank you」

「We just needed a nice and clean place to stay for 2 nights and the Branson Hotel was the perfect ticket. I was surprised there wasn't a clerk on the property but when we called the 800 number we were immediately answered and our questions resolved. It was especially clean and that is always a biggie for me. We'll be back.」

「The property was nice. My problem was with the description of the room given by Expedia. When we arrived at the room I thought I was in a nightmare. It was like a motel room, and I thought wow, this was half price. So I called the concierge and the upgraded my room for a very low price. It was like going from hell to heaven. The room was off the lake and there was a few options for things for us to do. The staff there was very nice and easy to talk with.」
