「Upon arrival, we found the gate locked even though we were told it would be open for easy access. We waited outside for about 30 minutes until the host opened the gate, and no apology was offered. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable—the floors were sticky, the coffee pot had old tea/coffee residue, the bed sheets had not been changed and had visible black hair from previous guests (my wife is blonde), and the bathroom baseboards were dirty.」
