「It seems the hotel is short staffed. Many times, if you need assistance from the front desk, you have to go to the bar or restaurant to get help. Our phone in the room was not working (we can answer but can't call out) and the support staff will come the next day to fix it (by then, we have checked out).」

Only complaint was the site we had was very close to the family section of the park and we had a lot of children running around and playing in the bathroom facilities very close to our tent. The information we received made it sound like the family and couples areas were quite separate. It was very noisy when the families returned and the children ran and cycled around the park.」

「Our cabin was very comfortable. We are urban "senior citizens" not used to having a wood stove for heat and gravel roads, but we enjoyed the change a lot! Beautiful view from the back deck and friendly wallabies a plus.」
