Our 5 star holiday home SILVAMARE warmly welcomes you! You can expect a holiday home with sophisticated equipment: sauna, whirlpool, air conditioning, 3 bedrooms (6 pers.), 2 bathrooms, 40 sqm terrace and loggia with a direct view of the Juliusruh spa park. The loggia invites you to relax after visiting the sauna, or enjoy a glass of wine there before bed. The 10 km long beach of the Schaabe is only 350m from the house. There are several restaurants in the vicinity. Shops can be found in Altenkirchen 2km and Glowe 8km from the house.
Low-stimulus environment for allergy sufferers! You are very welcome!

Ein super Wohlfühlhaus!
Das Haus ist super gelegen - direkt neben einem Park in dem man schön spazieren kann. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man auch direkt am tollen Sandstrand der Ostsee. Es war sehr sauber und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauch. Die Whirlpoolbadewanne und die Sauna waren klasse. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Beautiful home in a magical place
My family and I had the privilege of staying at this rental for a month over the Christmas and New Year holidays. This home was an absolute gem! The kitchen is well-equipped for everything we needed over the month. We often cooked at home and never had a moment when we lacked the tools to make a tasty meal. The interior of the home is spacious and well-planned for family time. The washer and dryer were terrific and worked well. The sauna was such a treat after playing outside in the cold winter air. The beds were comfortable. The location of Silvamare is fantastic! Our children spent hours exploring the park across the street and when it snowed, we had a blast building a snowman in the yard. The yard has easy access to the park and walking trails behind the house. We loved being able to so easily access nature and quickly walk to the strand. There are two grocery stores nearby, as well as a department store for anything you may need. If you want to go hiking, this home is also near many magical trails! This home was wonderful. Kersten, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had and the caretaker was also very helpful. We highly recommend Silvamare and should we ever be lucky enough to spend a month in Rugen again, we would definitely rent this home again. It was absolutely wonderful!

Es koennen abends gemütlich im Wohnzimmer nur hoechstens 3 Leute sitzen, WC Sitz unten im Bad ein Graus. Ansonsten top. Die beiden Boxspringbetten und Zudecken waren 10 Sterne toll. Solche. BETTEN hat man selten, die Naechte waren traumhaft.

Tolle Ausstattung, aber leider erkennbare Mängel vor Vermietung nicht beseitigt
- Abflüsse beider Duschen verstopft; Wasserüberlauf in oberer Dusche( somit durften wir putzen während unseres Urlaubs!) - Handtuchhalter lose Beide Feststellungen wurden durch den Hausmeister nach Info sofort repariert - Fussbodenleiste unteres Bad und Treppenbelag vereinzelt lose - Sofabezugsstoff unakzeptabel verunreinigt - Fliegengaze WoZi z. T. ausgerissen

Alles vorhanden
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, fussläufig zum Strand, Blick aus der Küche ins Grüne… was will man mehr? Die Betten sind super, der Kamin herrlich, die Sauna klasse… in der Küche alles was man braucht: Ofen, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kaffeemaschine usw. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden und sauber 👍🏻. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen es gerne weiter.
