A lovely spot. Very quiet and private, yet only 2 miles from the beaches. House has bikes with locks to use and they are great for getting to the beach by the back roads and even into Brem or Brettignolles for shopping. Great terrace with awning to suit sun and shade seekers alike.

une catastrophe. Une très belle maison mais mes enfants ont décidé au dernier moent de ne pas m'envoyer mes petits enfats. ETj'ai invité quelques jours un ami qui s'est révélé le pire des goujat. La maison est très bien. L'accueil parfait

Nous ne sommes pas vraiment enthousiastes de notre séjour dans votre maison! Quelques remarques: - la maison n'était pas propre lors de notre entrée. A notre avis elle n' était pas nettoyée après le départ des locataires précédents. Nous avons donc acheté un flacon de St. Marc et une serpillière et nous l'avons fait nous-mêmes. - le portail ne fonctionnait pas convenablement et un matin nous l'avons trouvé dans le jardin, par terre. - la porte du lave-vaisselle n'était pas fixée convenablement. - la machine à laver est très rouillée. - le drain de la douche était bouché (rez-de-chaussée) - le fer à repasser était très sale - le côté gauche de l'armoire dans laquelle se trouve le frigo risque de tomber Malgré ces commentaires et le mauvais temps nous avons apprécié la belle terrasse, les fauteuils, le store-banne, les fleurs dans le jardin et la belle région. La maison est très bien située et très agréable à vivre, elle est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Il ne manque quasi rien, on a pensé à presque tout. Il fait bon y vivre. Les pièces sont spacieuses et lumineuses Nous avons passé de très bons moments et nous avons bien envie d'y retourner

Très belle location. Au calme. Vélos à dispositions pour de belles ballades donc pas besoin de s’encombrer des nôtres. Plage des Granges où les chiens sont acceptés en laisse….ou pas suivant la période. Un petit reproche mais bon, Une petite douceur de Vendée pour nous faire connaître la région en arrivant serait la bienvenue…

Bien équipée (sèche-cheveux, fer et table à repasser, vaisselle suffisante pour 6, livres, jeux de société...) et bien agencée (1 chambre parentale au rdc et 2 chambres à l'étage, non voisines, 2 salles de bain chacune leur fenêtre, 2 WC séparés) lumineuse Petit bémol les extérieurs sont vieillissants (terrasse, portail, stores bannes, salon de.jardin) Maison bien située à proximité de tout Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très agréable à vivre qui est agrémentée d'une belle terrasse et d'un joli jardin. Baignades, balades, visites variées les activités n'ont pas manquées. Il y a deux belles chambres (l'une étant une suite avec sa propre salle d'eau)et une troisième plus petite avec 2 lits gigognes. Nous étions 6 et c'était parfait pour nous.

Maison très cosy dans un quartier très calme. Des vélos sont à disposition pour une ballade dans les environs. Christine qui nous accueille est charmante et très sympathique. Une petite suggestion sur le portail d'entrée et le lave vaisselle qui commence à fatiguer mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir car c'est vraiment une maison où l'on se sent bien !

The house was very well appointed for cooking and comfortable. The photos do not represent the state of the garden, it is neglected with weeds, dried out and not lush as in the photos and does not have the market umbrellas, potted plants nor window boxes with flowers. The manager was difficult at check out alleging that we left a mark on the white melamine kitchen counter which we did not, began cleaning counters with cleaner as if they were not clean or as bright as they were, touched the fridge shelves which were wet and had us wash them again, acting like we didn't meet the criteria to get our deposit back... very uncomfortable scenario and thus would not recommend staying here unless new mgmt. Also neighbourhood not interesting for a walk in the Evening as it is close to main roads, but was convenient to drive to nearby beaches or markets. Additionally, the entry gates are falling apart so not easy to close. This property is ok, nice decor, but clearly lacks maintence (in addition to garden issues, windows and sills dirty, dust bunnies under beds, shower curtain slightly moldy...). The previous review about the mgr was accurate.

Aanrader! Een heerlijk, schoon en comfortabel huis. Drie slaapkamers, waarvan één zeer ruime op de begane grond met inloopkast en badkamer met douche. Op de eerste verdieping een redelijke slaapkamer met kast en tweepersoons bed en een kleine slaapkamer met een slaapbank, geschikt voor twee personen. Keuken qua borden, glaswerk e.d. voldoende uitgevoerd, alleen het aantal pannen viel tegen. Lekkere tuin vol privacy. Strand op fietsafstand. Aanrader is La Cabane (als je van zeevruchten, peddelen en loungen houdt). Jammer dat je voor van alles (bijvoorbeeld handdoeken) nog apart moet betalen.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location en tout point conforme à la description. Accueil très agréable de Christine qui nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison. Cette location est bien située pour rayonner dans la région et découvrir aussi bien les plages proches que les villes et iles de Vendée. Juste une toute petite suggestion qui serait de remplacer le barbecue dont la grille a bien "vécu".

We had a very pleasant holiday in Brem-sur-Mer. The house is situated in a calm street just outside the village. The beach is 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bicycle and the nicest beach in the area. Cycling is great, a lot of cycle-tours provided by the Bureau de Tourisme. Due to the enclosed garden, you have a lot of privacy. All in all a very pleasant holiday home if you are looking for a quiet place, close to a nice beach for a relaxed holiday.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette jolie maison type provençale, aménagé avec goût très fonctionnelle pour être en famille .Nous avons eu un très bonne accueil de Christine très sympa qui s'occupe très bien de la maison tout était parfumé des notre arrivée. Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous .le côté jardin et grande terrasse top une grande indépendance et des voisins très discret le tout sur un jardin agrémenté d'Olivier et de verdure . La. Mer à 4 km parfait vélo et voiture la région est animée jolie plage à brem sur mer , saint gilles.ideale pour les enfants nous avons adoré .
