「Located in a quiet neighborhood next to a beautiful park. Great coffee shop, Frothy Monkey and restaurant Lockeland Table within walking distance. The suite is plenty roomy for a couple- king bed, bathroom with double sinks, and a separate kitchenette / sitting room / closet. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in over the years.」

「Jason's carriage house is perfect for a couple looking to explore all nashville has to offer. Walking distance to great restaurants, extremely quick uber to Broadway. Loved the place. We come to Nashville about once a year and I will look at availability on this property first before anything else moving forward!」

「This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville 」

「We were in town visiting my daughter. This location served our puposes and was in a convenient area. The hosts were very accommodating when i had to change my booking from including a pet to not having one as I ended up javing a sitter for him. All in all, i recommend this location for your future travel plans.」

「I was solo traveling for business to Nashville, and this listing was a 4 min walk to my desired destination. Walkable to Kroger and Mapco gas station, as well as various restaurants and bars. The studio is cozy. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people. Neighborhood is nice and there's lots of places to go for walks/jogs. I was traveling with my pup, and this listing accommodates pets for a small fee. Totally worth the money. Would stay here again, and I likely will!」

「A really cute place. Two beds, a kitchen table, a sofa and recliner facing a large screen tv (we never used it) and a good sized bathroom. Plenty of room for the two of us! The grounds are beautiful - we walked them when we were home before dark. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We spent our days in Nashville and our nights in a quiet place. It really felt like home!」

「This is my favorite hotel in Nashville and I will never stay anywhere else. The rooms are great and staff is so nice. It’s in the perfect location as well. I had a little issue with extra guests and they were so accommodating. Solved in 2 seconds. BEST HOTEL! You will REGRET it if you don’t stay here at least once. 」

「This place was nice and cozy. Felt more like an apartment. However, there was a lot of dust on the walls. Whenever we went to take the couch bed out there was a lot of crumb and even a sewing pin up under the mattress.」
