Fantastic Stay

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. View is fabulous. We are a large family and the home worked great for us! Love having the mix of wood and gas fireplaces. Everything you need is there! We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Early Christmas Celebration

Holiday celebration of four sets of siblings. The house was very clean, comfortable, and with a great layout. We prepared and ate dinners three nights in a well stocked kitchen and large dining room. The view of the Presidential Range was incredible. We would definitely stay here again!

Our extended family had a wonderful ski weekend at this home! Plenty of room to spread out, we prepared and ate all our meals here, fantastic mountain views, super convenient free shuttle, and ensuite bathrooms were very much appreciated! Super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fresh air and Family

I would consider this property an "exclusive" property based on overall quality and location. The house is furnished and decorated with exceptional quality and taste. The kitchen is not just well-stocked but stocked with the same quality that you have at home. The view is first class, it's almost like Mount Washington is YOUR mountain during your stay. The community is very quiet and very clean. With the Omni within walking distance, nature trails, mountain biking and the best streams and rivers to lounge in I place this home at the top of my list. Literally, my only suggestion is to place a brighter light in the master bath shower area, that's it. :)

Gorgeous views inside and out

What a beautiful property. As soon as you walk in the front door you see out the living room windows the most gorgeous view of the presidential mountains. Really couldn’t ask for a better view. The house is well stocked and laid out perfectly with plenty of room for people to gather together in the main living areas or to spread out for privacy. Will definitely stay again.

Stunning views and beautiful house near Bretton Woods Ski Resort

We were a family of 5 with 2 teenagers and the house was perfect. The view from the house is gorgeous: unobstructed view of the Presidential range! We really enjoyed the fire place and Alex was extremely helpful and responsive. It was very easy to get a ride to the ski resort with the shuttle. Everybody at Bretton Woods is very friendly, we had a great time skiing as a Family. We will go back in a heart bit!

Fantastic!! Simply amazing...

Bentwood Rentals… Excellent and personal service. Service, Attention to detail and Flexibility; this is what you will receive from Brentwood Rentals. We stayed in a fantastic rental with a view that looks directly upon Mount Washington. The location was spectacular and the home was all that was promised. Over and above was the customer service that Alex and Aaron delivered. Super responsive to questions, willing to adapt plans and extend our stay by an additional 24 hours. Tiffany was much of the force behind this. How they obtained a contractor to show up at the home on the day after Thanksgiving is feat that is worthy of mention. We had some small technical problems with an appliance and Brentwood Rentals worked tirelessly to get repair technicians in place to effect repairs. On top of this, it was Thanksgiving weekend. I will also add, when we were missing a small trivial item that I mentioned in passing, Alex arrived on Thanksgiving morning with that item. I will add that I have stayed in more than 10 homes via VRBO and AIRBNB, hands down this was the best experience we have ever add with a rental agency. The rental was immaculately clean and completely as advertised. Payments were processed with no surprises. The furnishings were excellent. The Beds were beyond comfortable. Towels, blankets and linen’s high thread count and of very high quality. Information on how to gain access to the home was accurate, detailed and timely. The home was decked out with all large HD TV, great for watching football or whatever my suit your needs. The home was spacious which is key when you have 3 teenage boys who need space to decompress from time to time. The home was laid out is a family in mind and excellent for playing games. We hosted thanksgiving dinner for a larger group and I have to say, there was virtually nothing missing and what was missing appeared in virtually no time. I would also add having a wine beverage cooler with a bar was simply icing on the cake. Alex, Aaron and Tiffany are highly invested in their business and take pride in the service they provide. They clearly work well as a team and deliver exceptional service. If you are looking for some place to have a special experience and make some memories… You would be hard pressed to do much better than choosing Brentwood Rentals.
