「This was a beautiful building in a beautiful location. Stunningly clean and well maintained. The only let-down was that whilst we were aware check-in was 16.30, we didn’t expect the gates to be locked when we arrived at 16.00. Quite why we couldn’t park in the car park and wait outside is beyond me. Instead we were expected to sit in the street outside. Once we were let in, our room wasn’t ready until 16.50.
