Stay in this charming 3-room apartment with an Italian style, perfect for 4 people!Perfectly located in the heart of Briançon, on the Place de l'Europe, this apartment enjoys a prime location, in immediate proximity to shops, the market, the old town, ski lifts, and all amenities.Located on the 5th floor facing the parking lot (or 2nd floor facing the street), without an elevator, this bright and warm accommodation will seduce you with its comfort and unobstructed view.It consists of:from an entrance with storage spaces,of two separate toilets,of a large bathroom equipped with a bathtub, double sink, bidet, and a washer-dryer.A separate and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your best dishes: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as three types of coffee makers (electric filter, electric Italian, and Nespresso).Enjoy your meals with a view of the collegiate church from the kitchen table.The living room, bathed in light, offers direct access to a south-facing balcony with a panoramic view of the mountains and the city rooftops. You will find a lounge area with a television as well as a billiards table for relaxing moments with family or friends.Both rooms each have a double bed (140x190 cm), storage spaces (closets), and one of them has a private water point. Pillows and duvets are provided.A parking space is available in the building's courtyard. End-of-stay cleaning included Bed and towel linen rental available upon request:22 liter double10 kit towels (1 bath towel 1 towel)
