The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, ie they are able to help with most queries without having to consult with supervisors or managers. The room we stayed was reasonably clean but the bedding needed some improvements where the blankets were not warm enough and the availability of extra blankets was limited. "It was a lovely & relaxing resort.
Food was excellent & kangaroos roaming around the property gave it a relaxing nature to it."
"There was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom so we let the reception staff know and they were brilliant, moved us to another room and gave complimentary buffet breakfast for all 4 of us. Staff are so friendly and accommodating."

"Stayed at Bellbird for one night in an ensuite room. Very spacious both bedroom and ensuite which was newly renovated. Split air-conditioning plus ceiling fan. No coffee or tea facilities.We arrived as they were replacing old mattressess for new. Daughter stayed in shared bathroom which was also recently renovated. "
