“Great location, but room sliding door was in bad shape, there was no lamp in the room. The hotel needs paint and some maintenance.”

“The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

“This was my second stay here. I had a better experience the first time. The view was extremely beautiful in the 180° room. Tv's have been upgraded from small sizes which was a plus.The room wasn't cleaned well. Floors hadn't been swept and bathroom faucet had toothpaste stains from previous guest. Windows could use some windex. Pillows were very worn. Showers had low water pressure. We had problems with our room keys not working even after going back to check in to have them fixed. “The breakfast bar was the worse I've ever experienced. I was there multiple days and it was equally as bad every morning. Eggs were cold, Coffee cold and horrible, very dirty and never had any forks. You pay that much money for a room you expect better than that. Very disappointing. Rooms also need upgrading. No USB ports near beds and only 1 receptacle that was being used for the lamp.”
