Bereits für den Check In mussten wir nachfragen weil sich die Gastgeberin Maria nicht gemeldet hat. Wir haben also 1 Tag davor eine Nachricht geschrieben und nachgefragt, die Antwort war kurz und knapp (Check In um 16.00). Da unser Flugzeug erst um 17.00 landete haben wir einen späteren Zeitpunkt ausgemacht. Das war problemlos später zu machen. Zum ausgemachten Zeitpunkt war niemand da, wir haben nachgefragt. Die Antwort war „kommt ihr nicht in die Agentur?“ wir haben nie irgendetwas gehört, wissen nicht einmal welche Agentur und wo. Also kam Maria zu uns. Dabei hat sie uns nur aufgesperrt, ohne viel zu erklären. Wir wurden nicht über die Mülltrennung informiert, nicht wann welcher Müll geholt wird, unser Parkplatz wurde uns nicht zugewiesen,… Und, es wurde nur das große Bett eingebettet. Wie wurden nie gefragt ob ein Bett reicht oder ob wir ein Paar sind, nicht mal unsere beiden Namen bzw. das Geschlecht wussten sie. Dennoch wurde davon ausgegangen dass nur das Doppelbett benutzt wird. Hier keine Kommentar von Maria, keine Entschuldigung. Nachdem in der Wohnung sehr viel Schmutz und Haare lagen und einige Sachen fehlten,haben wir Maria geschrieben. Antwort „bringe ich morgen“. Dieses morgen ist nie gekommen, wir haben nachgefragt und wurden ignoriert, 1Woche lang. Check Out gleich wie Check In, Maria hat sich nie geäußert wie es abläuft. Hat uns abends als unser Fluzeug ging angerufen und als Lügner beschimpft als wir sie darauf angesprochen haben. Pool und Ausblick top.

Abgewohnt und hat seine besten Zeiten...

... wahrscheinlich schon hinter sich. Wände könnten nen neuen Anstrich vertragen und insgesamt ist das Appartement etwas renovierungsbedürfrig. Auch das Geschirr war bei Ankunft teilweise dreckig bzw. nicht gespült.

Tolle Wohnung in Briatico

Wir hatten für 14 Tage ein schönes Zuhause mit Pool und Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick ans Meer. Der lange Sandstrand ist durch einen schmalen Weg in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage. Das einzige Manko ist ein angrenzender Club, der zwar sehr versteckt liegt, aber gut zu hören ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahegelegenen Zentrum von Briatico. Ein Leihauto ist empfehlenswert. Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nice place but noisy

People - Maria and Rafaele really helpful, welcoming and responsive (especially when we locked ourselves out!). Thanks! Apartment - Functional, clean, good air-conditioning. Fine for family of 4 but would be very cramped with more people. No microwave or toaster (as advertised). Nice pool. Location - 300m walk to beach. Railway line between apartment and beach but only one fairly quiet train per hour so not disruptive. Grumpy old lady downstairs screaming at her grandchildren and parking her car in the shade (so blocking access to others) was a pain. But biggest issue was large resort a few hundred metres away running a very loud Kids Club in the evening followed by very loud (and terrible) music until about 2 a.m. EVERY NIGHT. The apartment has double-glazing and shutters so we could close out the noise but it made relaxing on the balcony impossible in the evenings. Local trattoria a 5-minute walk away is excellent, with good food and very friendly (if quite slow) service. Worth driving to Zambrone (15 mins away) for nice beach.

Schöne,saubere am Strand liegende Wohnung

Der Urlaub in Briatico hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Eine schöne, helle, schlich nett eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man so täglich braucht.Sie wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sie ist nur ein paar Gehminuten zum sehr schönen Strand entfernt und hat eine tolle Aussicht.Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Auch der Pool wurde von uns allen gern benutzt. Vielen Dank an Maria,wir kommen gern wieder :-)

Fabelhaft. Moderne Wohnung ruhig gelegen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung gefiel uns besonders gut. Meerblick - zu Fuß führt ein kleiner Weg innerhalb weniger Minuten direkt zum Strand hinunter. Die Straßen, welche zur Unterkunft führen sind sehr holprig werden aber demnächst wieder instand gesetzt so versicherte man uns. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern, welche im Angebot abgebildet sind. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt den wir bestimmt wiederholen werden.

appart superbe mais attention l 'acces

appart super bien placé , mais attention aux routes méme pas bitumées il faut presque avoir un véhicule tout terrain pour y accéder, pas d indication pour trouver l appartement ...choqué aussi par les poubelles déchetteries pas ramassés par la ville ....un hotel à proximité brule ses poubelles super les odeurs..le soir aux alentours pas beaucoup d animation bref heureusement que la mer est super claire

Super appartement

Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires très gentils. L'appartement est idéalement situé. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est super. Une propreté irréprochable, et des rangements partout. La piscine est magnifique et l'accès à la plage est idéale. Le village à toutes les commodités. En 5 minutes on a des restaurants très correctes. La seule remarque est l'absence de la wi-fi. On peut bien sûr se la procurer au village voisin un accès grâce à une box. La plage est immense et peu fréquentée avec une mer d'une beauté rare.
