「One of the messages from the property didn't come through, the one that gave decent directions. Several places en route looked like they were the property. It took a while, but we eventually found it. Apparently there's a kitchen on site, but we only found one in the hostel across the street? Had a hard time finding the switch to turn on the hot water, I tried messaging the property, but it was late and I never got a response. The switch was pretty big by the showers, I probably missed it since...

「If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!」

「Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. In der alten Molkerei war alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Wir haben von dort aus einzelne Tagesausflüge in die Highlands unternommen. Einziger und auch größter Kritikpunkt war der leicht muffige Geruch in der Wohnung. Ich bin nicht sicher ob es nur daran lag, dass es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr viel geregnet hat.」

「The house was lovely, warm and clean. The only let down for us is that it wasn't clear that the house is right next to a very busy main road. Us country folk are not used to hearing cars zooming past at all hours. However, it was a good location for being able to visit many places of interest and not too far from Inverness. Thank you for the fresh eggs they were delicious and a lovely touch, especially when you could see the providers scratching around in the field. Definately free range.」

「Your croft cottage is just perfect in every respect. The peace and tranquility of the location and comfortable accommodation is so enhanced by all your beautiful touches. 「I brought 21 women to Polmaily House. We came to hike in the area. The house was just perfect! The pool, media room, sitting and gathering areas, kitchen, all perfect! Chris was so gracious and accommodating. He recommended Aggie from Heavy Metal Munchies to cater during our time there. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of room for all of us to sit and have our meals together. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a home base in the highlands of Scotland.」

「We had a lovely stay in Kingillie house, the space, the setting and the warm feel of the house were perfect. Our grandchildren had a great time playing tennis, as did the adults! 「Als wir angekommen sind, war das Haus stark verschmutzt und heruntergekommen. Die Toilette zeigte noch die Hinterlassenschaften des Vormieters. Überall im Haus war Schimmel, da offensichtlich nach der letzten Vermietung nie wieder jemand einen Fuß in das Haus gesetzt hat, um zu putzen. Auch die Betten waren nicht neu bezogen worden. Das Haus muss dringend saniert und richtig geputzt werden. Nie wieder würde ich es buchen.」

「Impressed with everything! Location was very secluded but very easy to find and near enough to shops for any basic foodstuffs etc. Great walking with the dogs - we hadn't appreciated the history of Golden Retrievers starts in the area (our girls are rescue 'Goldies'). Were lucky with the weather too! Will be back!」
