“We arrived on a Wednesday and check in was fast, the front desk staff was friendly. The TikTok video set an expectation of rum punch being served very differently than the real experience, lol we were handed two little bottles of rum punch, but it was fine, just don’t want anyone to experience something different. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful ocean front view. I do not recommend Water Edge bar/restaurant by the pool, food was cold, service was not friendly we went twice,……

“The drinks were so good that I never made it for breakfast. Lol! The lunch and dinner were good though. This resort is for more of an older crowd, and everyone there besides me was retired. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bartender Trey is hilarious and entertaining, and the manager is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. ”

“The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! Would highly recomment checking this place out ..I know I will again.”
