The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I've stayed here 3 years in a row for an event. First year was 'ok'. Last year I was stuck next to a pump room that keeps the pool heated and goes off every few minutes all night long. Impossible to sleep and the bathroom was not 'clean' with hair left behind on the floor and in the tub.Normally that would be it for me, but the office folks are very nice and offered to discount my stay for this year if I returned. When I booked this summer, I was told ahead of time that space was limited and I'd be on a sleeper sofa the first night and have to change rooms as rooms freed up. I capitulated as rooms were limited in the area for this time of year.I arrived to find I would be on the sleeper sofa 'all weekend', not one night. Upon entering the room, the mattress looked like an elephant died in the middle of it and was removed years later.The overall room condition was mediocre, not dirty, but from another era. Crooked wall art that would fall down (over the bed...), caulking on the sink counters looked like an amateur was locked in a hardware store and decided to play with the inventory, and extremely dated decor.The biggest issue however, was the door connecting the room to another room, with locks that appear to be unlock-able from the opposite room, and no locks inside this room.With 16 hour work days, all of this was a deal-breaker. I moved to another hotel after one night of rotten sleep.
