Had a lovely stay for 2 nights starting new years eve, property was lovely and warm on arrival and a lovely welcome hamper provided such a lovely touch. Good location to walk to Bridlington and lovely local pub The Ship Inn. Had a great stay only thing for us and this is a personal preference but the bed was a little too soft.
