「We were in Greeley for our daughter’s graduation from residency. Was a great location, near to her house with plenty of breakfast spots in easy walking distance. Plenty of parking and plenty of room inside for 5 of us. House is cute and yard/porches nice.」

「This was the perfect space for our weekend to celebrate graduation and have our dogs and family join us. It was relaxing and provided everything we needed to truly be able to enjoy ourselves. We will definitely keep this property management company and location in mind when planning future trips.」

「I have stayed at several VRBO accommodations. Never have a stayed at a house this prepared, comfortable and overall inviting than this listing. Contacting property managers was seamless, although we seldom had to because all was just perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with food prep and appliances. Washing machines were fantastic. Beds comfortable. Could for many people comfortably. The property is very well-kept and clean. 5 stars here!!!」

「Friends and I stayed for a weekend in Greeley. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice cafes, restaurants and breweries nearby. This house was conveniently located on 8th street. Extra points for kitchen- ac in each room, and a really nice front porch. I highly recommend staying here if you can. 」

「Our stay was gooe only things we noticed was that there was no teaspoon which was weird and when we asked for them we got plastic ones. We did notice the filters needed to be changed above the tv but said they took care of that although unless they're gray filters they didn't look changed to us. When we went to go to cook we needed propane which they took care of right away the next day. The wall when you first come into the right could use a dusting lot of dust bunnies right there. 「Overall, this was a great place to stay. A few of the minor advertised amenities were missing (such as laundry soap for the in-unit washing machine), but this did not really affect me. I would recommend putting a coffee maker in the unit and making sure things such as napkins, paper towels and garbage bags were stocked. I would definitely stay here again. 」
