Both bedrooms have built in robes and smart TV’s, the bathroom is stunning with its walk-in shower and twin vanity. A thoughtfully laid out kitchen with plenty of bench and cupboard space along with a purpose-built breakfast bar, this unit really does have all that you need.

The lounge and dining offers space for all 4 guests comfortably to gather inside and when outside beckons, you will enjoy the raised timber decking as you sit under the party lights at the outside dining table with market umbrella.

The addition of the roller door turned the carport into a lockable garage that is ideal for a small car or to hang the bikes and there are two options for off street parking. You will also have a secure rear yard space for the kids or the pooch.

Fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso coffee pod machine, electric cooking, microwave and a dishwasher to make cleaning up easy. All the utensils needed to prepare a full meal are provided, including knife sets, pots and baking dishes, cocktail shaker, air fryer, pancake and sandwich maker, nutri-bullet and there is even a picnic hamper for 2 to take to the river during your stay!

Chaise lounge with a dining table with seating for five. A large Smart TV and Wifi is connected at this property.

Split system heating and cooling in the lounge. Panel heater in twin bedroom and a ceiling fan in main room. Fast start electric blankets on all beds and summer/winter interchangeable doonas.

Large walk in shower, vanity and a separate toilet. Second toilet located in the laundry. Hair dryer and straightener included!

LAUNDRY
Front loader washer with a second toilet. Dryer is located in the garage.


OUTDOORS
A large deck out the front with outdoor table and bench seats and a market umbrella. Out the back a neat and secure backyard with a BBQ and paved area and seating for 2.
