Designed as a retreat from the complexities of life, the home offers a minimalist lifestyle that invites calm and clarity. With a passive low-energy design, it blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings, making it an ideal space to relax and unwind.
The interiors of the home feature a harmonious blend of natural and man-made elements doing so with understated elegance. Every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to create a tranquil environment, allowing guests to escape into nature while enjoying the comforts of modern living.
Spread across two levels, guests have the flexibility to book the entire house for larger groups or opt for just the upper level for a more intimate stay. Elevation creates a unique and peaceful getaway, perfect for those seeking simplicity and quite refinement.
Conveniently located just a short walk from the heart of town, youll have easy access to Brights charming shops, cafes and attractions. For the outdoor enthusiasts the home is located on the Murray to Mountains rail trail, you will be delighted in the myriad of adventures awaiting just beyond the doorstep.

Strictly NO smoking and NO parties.This property is PET FRIENDLY welcoming small breeds - note the main outdoor areas are on the upper level, balconies and courtyards included. There is a small courtyard of bedroom 3 when opting to book the full house. There is no grass at the property.
When opting to book the 1Bedroom 1Bathroom option; Bedroom TWO, Bathroom TWO Bedroom THREE, Bathroom THREE will be locked. Guests will be unable to access these rooms. Guests will need to book the 3Bedroom option to have access to the additional rooms.
The property is a passive low-energy home. What does this mean? The home is very well sealed insulated, being so air tight means the home must have an air exchange system that runs all the time. Ducted filtered air is constantly but very quietly circulated throughout the house and extracted from the bathrooms.
The FAN BOOST button inclines the already operating extraction fan to the bathrooms and kitchen for a set 3hr schedule.For optimal liveability: Summer Winter - keep all doors and windows closed throughout the day.Summer: Open all doors and windows by night (once cool) and close them all again in the morning - this will prevent heat entering the home. A split system on the upper level only is available if you should need it!
CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 In the event of a Natural Disaster or Government orders including but not limited to weather, illness, flight cancellation, major utility outages or lockdowns that result in cancellation of a booking held our standard cancellation policy applies. It is the guests responsibility to obtain DOMESTIC TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover them for such events. By booking with Haus and Heim Accommodation the guest acknowledges the risk of a Natural Disaster or Government orders occurring with little to no notice and accepts the cancellation policy in full. We recommend all guests obtain TRAVEL INSURANCE. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows.2.2 Bookings cancelled, 30 days or more prior to the arrival date, will receive a full refund (excluding the credit card fees).2.3 Bookings cancelled, within 29-14 days prior to the arrival date, will forfeit 50% of the total booking fee (excluding the credit card fees).2.4 Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, will not receive a refund.
