「The house is comfortable, the environment is very good. And the family nearby is very nice. The stuff of very kind. We enjoyed it.」

「The key to the room was also accessible to the exit door to the outdoor stairs. Which is a concern since everyone else has acces to the same door. When the bar is closed that exit door is the only way accessible. Our room had no microwave and no fridge. The timber Floor is uneven and squeaking when walking upon. Big Cracks on the hallway walls. 2 separate shared bathrooms, 1 on the very end of the hallway and 1 in the middle down the stairs. Not very clean. Parking was also awkward, since the...

The food at the resturant was the best meal we had in Tassie and would come back again just for that. Staff were friendly and overall a 5 star experience.」

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the house had not been cleaned. The most unsettling discovery was the presence of spiders throughout the entire house. 「This property is very basic. Some good additions would be a toilet roll holder, dish drainer and a serving bowel. It is a great summer stay but is not suited to a winter stay. It only has one heater in the living room and tiny fan heaters in the bedrooms. We had to buy hot water bottles and were lent a second large heater. Convenience wise it is between Hobart and the airport, within a 10 minute drive.」
