Lovely big room with a big comfy bed & a balcony overlooking the seafront, West Pier & i360 The reception team were efficient & helpful & the staff in the bar & restaurant were great - especially those handling the busy breakfast session with cheer & speed!

Toilet in the first room we were assigned hadn’t been cleaned very well, neither was the one in the upgraded room were given. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful.
