Summary:
Garden Flat is conveniently located near to the centre of Brighton, meaning local amenities and shops are just a short walk away. With the close location to the city centre, Brighton beach, the famous pier, and Brighton Train Station, this stylish basement apartment is ideal for those visiting the area for business or those looking to use the apartment as a base to explore nearby attractions.

The Space:
Garden Flat has a bright and airy open plan living and dining area perfect for relaxing. The sofa, which doubles up as a double sofa bed for two, offers a cosy spot for tranquil evenings. The space is complete with a flat-screen TV for entertainment on quiet nights or rainy days.

A fully equipped kitchen can be found towards the rear of the apartment. The kitchen boasts smooth wooden worktops, adding to the bespoke feel of the apartment.

The apartment features a stylish, contemporary bedroom which is home to a double bed and ample storage.

Garden Flat also houses access to a light and airy modern bathroom, comprising of a newly installed bathtub with overhead shower, WC and sink.

London Gatwick international airport is 26 minutes by frequent train services and 35 minutes by road from Brighton and Hove.

Excellent stay in fine apartment and great area.

This was an excellent flat and very spacious for our weekend stay with two young children. Very nice property and short walk to beach. Parking can be tricky and expensive on the street but car can be left overnight if timed well. There’s a few tiny improvements I could suggest to make the experience even better but I’ll let the host know.
