「At the night, we found the air conditioner was not working in a hot season and the staff in no good manner said that they doesn’t have solution until next’s day. We asked for a room change and as well the answer was not appropriate. The hotel is beautiful, but the night staff not.」

「We booked the Aqua Suite on the second floor. Super quiet street, short walk to shops and restaurants. Suite was spacious and super clean. Liked the little balcony to sit out with a drink. We didn’t personally meet any staff, all was handled via WhatsApp messages. But they were very accommodating to our special requests. The only complaint: given the location in the old town, there is no public transport taking you there. The hotel arranged transport from the airport to the hotel for 30 Euros....

「Super authentiek verblijf met heerlijk gemeenschappelijke ruimte in een 100 jarig gebouw. Het was een klooster, een school, een opvang g voor Afrikaanse vrouwen,... Anna ontvangt je met veel liefde en vriendelijkheid. Heel proper, leuke kamers, gebouw, vlak bij het centrum. Het gezellige gemeenschappelijk terras is een enorme meerwaarde. Gratis, thee en koffie, heerlijk om de dag te starten. Dankjewel 」
