Thank you Bonnie for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate your feedback and take it on board.I have looked at your reservation and I can see that you were booked in for 4 nights, and there was no changes in reducing the length, I am unsure where the confusion came from regarding the length of your stay.I will speak with the housekeeping team regarding restocking of apartments and balcony cleanliness, I apologise for the inconvenience this caused you.I understand you did not park behind the gates, however you did park on our property, when you did have access to parking behind the gates. The only free parking is on the street during unmetered ours. I have spoken to the staff member who checked you in and they apologised because they only charged your accommodation on arrival, not the parking.Again I would like to apologise for your experience and that it was not up to Quest standards.
