Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

complete an total ripoff The hotel reception was closed and the number to call did not get answered. We ended up having to take emergency accommodation and then rebook a stay elsewhere. Despite repeated attempts to get into contact with the hotel We have not had a single reply let alone an apology or a refund . So as said a total fraud and ripoff.
