We view all feedback as a way to exercise continuous improvement with the conduct of our staff, the condition of our facilities as well as with our policies in general.We have spoken to the housekeeping staff in question about the apparent condition of your room and assure you improvements have been made to ensure appropriate care and time is taken to clean rooms to an acceptable standard.As Annexe Apartments is directly across the road for the Hospital, this has both positive and negative aspects associated with it. In your instance, we sympathise with your frustration felt due to the noise emanating from works at the hospital, our on-site manager has also bought to our attention how intrusive this noise is, particularly after business hours. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do in this regard as the prescribed works are managed by the hospital and beyond our control.We have also asked the car lift service contractors to provide a quote to update and simplify the operational process of the system and again can sympathise with your comments about this piece of equipment and the apparent complex nature of how you use it.Again, thank-you for your valuable feedback and we assure you of our best intentions to take this information and turn it into a positive way to improve our service to our guests.Kind Regards, Annexe Apartment

As Annexe Apartments is directly across the road for the Hospital, this has both positive and negative aspects associated with it. In your instance, we sympathise with your frustration felt due to the noise emanating from works at the hospital, our on-site manager has also bought to our attention how intrusive this noise is, particularly after business hours.
