The property was adequate for our short over the weekend stay on North Stradbroke Island. The property was clean and appeared to have amenities advertised. However, the property lacked a working air conditioner and when I enquired about an electric gate not operating, I was informed by the real estate that the owner wasn't going to make the gate operational due to past experiences with previous guests. I did eventually bring my car in from the road and a steep driveway by manually pushing the electric gate open. The beds were comfortable and there is adequate kitchen with a large fridge.

Neat unit
The layout of the unit and cleanliness of the unit overall was good. Suggestions for improvement would be:
Air the unit out more, it smelt very musty.
Bathroom linen needs attention, one towel had a large hole and another had dirt marks on it.
Mark parking area with better signage.
