where do I start the only way to communicate is via message which takes over one hour to get reply asked for early check in because wife coming out or hospital told no have to wait till 4 pm for room to be cleaned which is rather late but that what is what is on booking details so okay.left 5 phone messages with number supplied but no one would reply wanted to get check in details sent to text but was told only by email which I don't get when away . my fault have to get modern and get them sent to phone .finally get check in details and when get to room only to find had not been cleaned at all from last guests dirty beds ,towels rubbish all over room and kitchen. made contact with contact person which wanted photos of room because she didn't believe us and then told us that there should be spare sheets and towels in closet.one sheet two towels. couldn't find any other rooms in cbd because of big concert on so had no choice to make up room and sleep in dirty bed ,wife not happy that we paid 250 dollars for this,even tv looks like someone has kicked in screen.one place to steer clear of.

The property was not as depicted in the website, the name was different, none of phone numbers in the website worked, the reception area was unmanned, there were no instructions for picking up keys and the phone number behind the reception window went to a voicemail which a week later still hasnt been replied to. There were about a dozen other guests also trying to gain access and in the finish I left and went to a different hotel around the corner - after having already paid for the place I couldn't get into. The website referred to "heart of the city" but the name of the apartment complex was Skytower and there was a construction site at the front of the premises.
