The keys for this apartment are located 220m from the building. This is a 3-minute walk.
Our check-in guide will be sent before your stay. It is a link to our website and includes detailed instructions, images and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay.
In order to make arrangements for housekeeping and check-in requirements, we require a booking lead time of at least one day. Hence, we cannot assure a 3pm check-in time for last-minute bookings, particularly when there is a departing guest. Guests who have made advance reservations and need to be checked-in are given priority over last-minute bookings.
It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. Once your place is prepared, we will inform you accordingly. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Please note that our apartment is located in a vibrant, progressive area, just a stone's throw away from the CBD. Due to its central location, there is the potential for noise from nearby bars, restaurants, and cafes. Additionally, the area is continually evolving, which may lead to ongoing construction in the surrounding vicinity, possibly resulting in some noise during your stay.
We have a strict cancellation policy, so we aren’t able to change dates or provide extra refunds once a booking is confirmed. To keep your plans flexible, we recommend getting Travel Insurance just in case something comes up and you can’t use the accommodation. We want to make sure you’re all set for a worry-free experience!

RULE 1: Please respect check in and out times.
❑ The standard check-out time is 10am. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. For any unauthorized late check-out, a $50/hr late check-out fee will apply.
❑ Under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon, as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned — Any unauthorized late check-out beyond this time will result to a fee equivalent to a day’s base rate without discounts (NOTE: This fee will not mean possession of the property for the day, this is the fee for over-staying for more than 2 hours without permission)
RULE 2: No parties or events allowed
❑ Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without refund.
RULE 3: No smoking allowed.
❑ Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property and all common areas. Violations will result an additional charge over $250 to cover professional odor treatment and room deodorization.
RULE 4: No pets allowed.
❑ Strictly no pets allowed. We absolutely love pets but due to hygienic and health reason/s, we are unable to accommodate them in my property. Violation of this rule will result to an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the cleaning fee in your booking as the housekeepers will need to do extra work.
RULE 5: Please be mindful of noise levels.
❑ Quiet hours are between 9pm – 8am seven days a week. Please note that any noise complaint, including outside of the quiet hours, will result in eviction without refund.
RULE 6: Please report damages or left behind items.
❑ If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP. We will need to replace them and additional charges may apply.
❑ If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time. This will be $30 + the postage cost.
RULE 7: Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
❑ If you are locked out and require us to visit the property, a $50 fee will be charged. This fee increases to $150 after 6pm daily and all day on weekends.
❑ Lost keys or access swipes are subject to a $500 replacement charge. This is as the locks will need to be changed.
RULE 8: No unregistered guests allowed.
❑ No unauthorized guests. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation.
