Location of the motel very convenient to our planned activities of shopping, Kippa Ring train station and ease of parking. Perhaps, some of the amenities like the hot water jug could be renewed.

Liked that it was spacious and lots of room to move around. Had ceiling fans. Disliked water pressure in the shower, not enough power points, remote to TV was broken, some power points worked when turn off, bed was broken, one side of king bed was super uncomfortable, not enough privacy with blinds.

Motel is old but clean and tidy.. few things things need replacing/fixing such as cupboards in kitchen and bathroom... This seems to be in the plans.....overall a good basic unit. We will return and tell other about it....

This place needs a serious overhaul…quite run down. My room was large but filthy. Air conditioner filters looked like they had never been cleaned after I cleaned them due to an error code showing on the unit, hot water wasn’t great, kettle still had water in it from the last guest and mould on the ceilings.

The place was filthy. No updates since 1950 in the apartment. Sign telling us to leave the place as it was found so we should of put the dirt back we removed! Washed the dishes but no tea towel to wipe up. Would have gone elsewhere but everywhere was overpriced due to school holidays.

The motel was not at all like it was advertised. It was dirty, and the property was very run down. Damaged power points, missing lights, urine smelling couch. It was also supposed to be 'daily serviced rooms' however the room was not serviced once during our 5 night stay. The 'fully self contained' unit we stayed in was not equipped to cook meals as it had pots/pans but no stove. There were cockroaches also throughout the unit and several leaking taps. The washing machine in the unit was disgusting and not usable and also had washing in it from a previous guest. The whole experience was horrible and I am bewildered as to how the motel is still operating. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was clearly very dated. Carpet very worn and stained. Chairs still up on dining table. Kitchenware not very clean. However, the price was cheap and the stay fulfilled its need.

The property was horrible, everything about the place was GROSS. We sought other accommodations and did not stay there. Dirty, run down, dumpy. Not 3.5 stars may HALF A STAR. JUST FOWEL. Carpets stained, toilet had left overs in it, room smelt like an ash tray, the Roman and surrounds was NASTY

Room was not displayed as per photos on the website. The rooms are clean but extremely run down. The curtains did not cover the window completely, there were no knobs on the fan controls. The couch sunk, some light fittings were without covers
