Staffs are very friendly.
Staffs are very friendly. Most of hotels in Brisbane can’t check in after 10pm. But this hotel can. That’s very convenient for late arrive travelers.

We can't leave the luggage in the hotel for 5 days for re-checking in. This is not convenient to the guest who would like to make another stop for sight seeing.

it's my second staty for biz trip, great location, the room is very neat and clean, people at reception are nice and warm, but unfortunately the free wifi is limited to 100M, not a friendly condition for biz trip

The service is good.
It is convenient by bus to everywhere in Brisbane as the bus is closest to the hotel. Also, there is nearest a big shopping plaza and walk around 5 minutes to there. The customer service Miss Ivy is very kindness to guide us how to go to the destination and print the routing how to go to there.All of them, I feel satisfy for this hotel with the reasonable prices.

Great Service
Their service was great, I had an issue which would have made my stay uncomfortable, but they were able to fix within 5 minutes. The rest of my stay was uneventful which was great.

The hotel is comfortable enough, i stayed on and off for a month and mostly was a pleasant stay. Room was ok, desk staff are diligent and helpful. Room service menu is extremely limited and often soke items unavailable, the room cleaning was haphazard, every day different parts were cleaned other days not and bins cleaned 2 out of 3 days. I would stay here again but nased on desk staff competency.

Phone in room didn’t work and desk service was unattended most times and had to walk around to find them. Installing a buzzer on the counter is my suggestion if the service desk is going to be left unattended

Rooms a it tardy for a chain such as Mecure.
I arrived with a migraine and got to the room and went to bed. I didn't realise the air cond didn't work until later so had to open the window as it was to warm. This let the road noise in. I put up with it the first night due to the migraine but the staff happily change dour room the next day. Rooms are a little old and a bit off for Mercure. Beds were fantastic though.

Very average! A former Travelodge property taken over recently by Mercure. Functional, but old and out-dated. Heating does not work in a lot of the rooms, so when you complain they give you a little fan heater to plug in! Lots of bus tour groups use this hotel.
