Disappointing Elements
When we arrived. The nature strip and front garden made the property look very unappealing. There was garbage left at the front door and the property was unlocked. We arrived late in the afternoon to find we had no high chair or cot for the baby. After several attempts we were provided with the items well after the baby’s bed time. The property was advertised with an EV charger in the garage, yet we had no access to the garage which proved to be a huge problem when one day the power went out and we were left with no refrigeration or air conditioning for the entire day. The property manager was very apologetic but it still took a dozen phone calls and a whole day to get the problem resolved The problem was easily fixed with access to the garage (which we did not have) The area was perfect for our needs as we were visiting family that lived in the area. I would suggest the property needs better garden maintenance and access to the garage if advertising EV charging
The house itself was lovely and new and we did make the best of what we had.
