  • Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Newly built house in a new estate at Flagstone which has less than an hour to Gold Coast theme parks and less than 45 minutes to Brisbane CBD.
    4 spacious bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robes, stylish Kitchen with induction cooktops and electric oven, patio with fully fenced yard. Double garage, walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Newly built parks and recreation facilities.

    We respect the privacy of our guests and encourage easy self check in. We are nearby to provide any assistance if needed on a call ☎️.

    Flagstone is a Newly developed suburb with state of art recreational facilities, water play park and shopping facilities in walking distance.
    This new 4 bedroom house is located in a new estate in flagstone features 4 spacious bedrooms, two living spaces and garage space for two cars, can easily accommodate 9 people.

    Welcome to our home! We kindly ask all guests to follow these rules so that everyone enjoys a safe and comfortable stay:
    1. No Events or Parties
    • Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted.
    2. Smoking
    • Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
    3. Respect for Neighbours
    • Please be considerate of our elderly neighbours.
    • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM onwards (weekdays and weekends).
    4. Dishes
    • Please place used dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle using the provided detergent tablets.
    5. Rubbish Collection
    • Please place both rubbish bins outside on Sunday collection on Monday , details on the fridge .

    6 ,Registered Guests Only
    • Only the guests included in the booking are permitted on the property.
    • No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior approval.

Unfortunately the place was not as clean or as new as advertised. The sheets were all stuffed in the 2 dryers and still wet, we had to assist the finishing. The place is in a new estate but has not been kept in good condition. The cutlery was still in the dishwasher and not clean. A couple of window blind cords were broken. The outside patio furniture was covered in bird poo. It already could do with a repaint. There were no covers on quilt just sheets. Good location. Handy to parks and shops. Dog friendly was a plus. It was cheaper than others so you get what you pay for.
