Amity Palms 1 is everything you see in Amity Palms 2 with the exception of the rear bungalow and is available for holiday letting during LOW season. So if your need is for only 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests in 1 x Queen bed & 2 x single (which can be converted into a king if needed) then you can save on your waterfront holiday. But if you require the extra Queen bed and/or 2 Single and a trundle bed in the bungalow then you still have the option during LOW season to include this with the main house for an extra fee.

During school holiday seasons the property is let only as a whole (house + bungalow) - see 'Amity Palms 2'. This is one of the most popular holiday rental properties at Amity Point with its secluded absolute waterfront location with private jetty. It is also fully fenced, so pets are welcome.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!
