Have stayed in Cowan Cowan many times this place is amazing everything you need it’s right on the beach. Extremely comfortable and clean. Will definitely be back. Fire pit out front plenty of space for car. Lots of games and dvds. Great little spot to sit out side with bbq. Lots of effort put into this. Great views.

Great stay

We had a lovely time. House is in a great spot and well equipped. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins and a whale from the back deck and dugongs swimming at the beach out the front.

The Jetty was a perfect location with everything we needed for a long weekend at Moreton Island. We enjoyed ourselves so much and will be back again.

The BOM said there was a cyclone offshore with a massive surf warning and Cowen Cowen was still perfect. I’m almost hesitant to leave such a positive review because I don’t actually want other people knowing how great it is.... shhh, keep it secret. I’ve been visiting the island all my life, camped, stayed at bulwer, at tangalooma.... Cowen Cowen is by far the most serene and the Jetty was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Wish we could have stayed longer....sigh I use to fly around the country for a living, I’ve travelled as far North as Cairns and down South to Tassie, SA, lived in the West for 5 years, up to Broome. But this is where I choose to take my family to get away from it ALL.
