We were here for a party, the room was very nice and the food was very good. We had a drink and met friends in the bar before hand, there was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in there and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast and there was plenty of choice. We didn't use the spa but it looked busy and inviting.
The hotel is conveniently situated adjacent to the motorway and perfect for breaking up our trip from West Yorkshire.
Staff were great and very personable.
Breakfast was good and hotel had adequate car parking.
We had a junior suite at a great price - room was good and bathroom was a little tired although shower was great.
I’ve rated good and there are no complaints - convenient and would stay again !
Comfortable bed in a relaxing room. Spa with good steam room and sauna, plus access to sunloungers on the terrace in the garden. Very good evening meal and brakfast and Staff all very helpfull.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, all encounters were
The hotel was excellent; service at the restaurant was exceptional, and we had a very enjoyable stay. The only area where improvement could be made is the reception service. While the staff were polite, communication regarding room readiness could have been clearer which causes the check in process was quite slow.
I had a lovely stay, enjoyed the spa and treatment room and the room service was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only let down was the robes in the rooms have security tags on and they had holes in and were very grubby which kind of put a dampener on the 4* experience.
Lovely hotel, beautiful room, friendly staff and superb food. Shame both lifts were out of order. Not an issue for us but would be for some. These things happen though. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Nice place close to M4 but a little out of town and 20 min by car to suspension bridge. Great spa pool steam room sauna area but long questionnaire to get in each time! Pretty good gym. Restaurant was not bad for dinner too (didn’t have BF there so can’t comment). Parking not under cover. Lake view room needed stairs so I chose a closer room so I didn’t need to carry my bags up stairs as no bellboy service.

Positives
Breakfast lovely. Spa facilities looked great although we didn’t use them. Room and bed was very comfortable and the bar area is very welcoming. Plenty of parking.
Negatives Check in system was very poor. Lamps in room didn’t work, one wasn’t even plugged in. Lifts both out of order which was a struggle when one of our party uses a walking stick and struggled to walk.
A very spacious room with a patio door overlooking a garden with a pond. All sorts of luxuious features you will not find in economocial hotels, like bath robe, slippers, coffee machine, fridge and plenty of drawers, plenty of cups : 2 for coffee, 2 for tea, 2 for cold drinks. the pool and jacuzzi looks good but i have not got time to use it.
The room was amazing, the staff were so helpful. Fantastic spa facilities. We had tea both evenings and it was brilliant. We are planning on returning later on in the year

Excellent hotel. Cheaper than Filton Premier inn but far superior in every way. Comfortable room and bed, great shower. Friendly welcome and all staff seemed to enjoy working there, or at least were highly professional. Excellent overall.
