Fabulous breakfast. Rooms are fine although our shower had poor pressure. Lovely location and grand old building. Recommended but make sure you state you want a good shower at check in and check it when you arrive. Really nice staff and a great stay

The rooms were a bit dated but were in keeping with the old building. The room was big, with a couple of chairs by the window to admire the view. Everything worked and was clean and tidy.

Wonderful views

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful on reception- I needed to change a room to a more accessible one for my parents and it was no trouble for the receptionist. I’d also forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste but they had disposable ones at reception Food was very nice. Great views across the Severn estuary

Beautiful traditional hotel situated on the coast overlooking the Bristol Channel. The room was very nice. Clean and comfy. The building is a bit dated in some areas and the floors creak a bit, but it's still a lovely place. An on-site bar is open until 11pm and has beautiful views out of large windows also. The breakfast was excellent also. Lots of choice. Polite and attentive staff throughout also. Hotel is within easy walking distance of Clevedon's pier and town centre also. The hotel has a large car park which always has plenty of space too. Very happy with our stay.

Beautiful views of the cliffs and ocean from this property. My room was lovely with the same beautiful views. My shower didn't work, but it do not inconvenience me, the bath tub was perfect. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

This is the only real hotel option for Clevedon. Breakfast and service is very good. We had an “Executive Sea View” room which had been recently refurbished. It was clean but very poorly lit. The bathroom refurb left a lot to be desired with the shower still over a high sided bath and the toiletries shelf at the opposite end to the sink. The hotel is located in a great position overlooking the Severn estuary and close to the upmarket Hill Road area of Clevedon which boasts amongst much else one of the best Chinese restaurants in the West Country in our view. In summary an okay hotel with good staff and much greater potential.
