I had early flight .went for breakfast at 5am I asked fot a carry out bag as i had done many times in the past and was told they don't do it any more So i don't eat till 10am so was quite disappointed with this but everything else was fine Staff very helpful

Everything was really clean. The twin room we had was spacious with a good shower room. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the food was good. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport for our morning flight - and there was a clearly marked path to get there. We were really impressed and wished we'd booked the hotel again when we came home!

Polite and helpful young man at reception when arriving at midnight. Good breakfast, especially the watermelon, pastrami and vegetarian spring rolls . Very good nights sleep in comfy bed and easily controlled room temperature. Would have liked herb teas in room and been offered fresh milk to take up to room when I arrived.

The main reason for my poor rating is I booked a twin room and received a cramped room with a double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed for myself and my mother. The sofa bed had an extremely thin mattress and exposed metal levers etc making it impossible to get comfortable or in and put of safely without snagging legs etc on the metal. Very unhappy!

It was very close to the airport for an early morning flight, but construction hindered easy access between the hotel and the airport. The staff however arranged transport from the hotel right to the departures door. As seniors in our mid-70's we could not have managed our luggage the half mile up hill.

It was difficult to walk to the hotel in the wind and dark, because the short passage has been closed by a sinkhole. The breakfast was good and the room was fine but I thought quite expensive

A bit of a trek from the terminal building, no covered walkway or any route to avoid significant slopes or steps. Limited dining options which is understandable but one or two menu offerings really don’t turn out that well, whilst others are very acceptable. Very comfy beds and clean. Helpful staff.

I’ll stay at the Hampton was great as usual. So easy when you’ve flown into Bristol Airport late to just slide into the hotel. Unfortunately there were one or two construction projects going on, but this didn’t interfere too much with our enjoyment except that it was quite a long walk to the hotel From the airport to avoid the construction work.

We stay at this hotel fairly regularly as it's location so close to Bristol airport is perfect for us. However, there is a constant battle with the staff to keep the heating on in the room. This happens every time we stay in the winter. Not only is the room cold, but the dining area during evening meal was old too. I asked on of the stafff and he said that it could be 'positively Baltic' in the dining area sometimes. After many requests regarding the temperature in the room, I was finally told that was company policy and their attempt to address 'climate emergency'! LOL!! I kid you not!!!|| We will stay again because it is so handy, but we\ve learned how to hassle the staff so that the heating is left on! Completely RIDICULOUS!

Hot breakfast starts TOO LATE.
Like many others this hotel is a stop over before an early flight. Reviewing most airline’s requirement for checking in prior to departure time of two hours your hot breakfast is NOT available to anyone with a flight departing before 08:30 (allowing 30minutes to eat and walk to airport.) That isn’t really good enough for a hotel charging the room rates you charge. Your HOT breakfast should be available from your start time of 04:00 as a minimum meaning you could serve passengers on flights from 06:30 onwards.
