"Enjoyed my stay I recommend 10/10"

"This is a solid basic hotel. Reasonably clean and fairly up to date. The desk staff was engaging, helpful, friendly and quick. I was only there for a night, arrived late, and didn’t want to waste sleep time at the desk so I didn’t ask for assistance but there were a few minor problems and one issue. The TV remote didn’t function too well and needed to be replaced. Annoying but not uncommon. More annoying, I was on the first floor and I could hear every single step taken by the guest/s above me. This was unpleasant when they awoke for the day at 4:45am and it sounded like a gym class was going on above me as they paced the room. To be fair, there was no noise from my floor even though there were guests. Finally, I assume there was work done in my bathroom before I arrived, because the cold water for the sink was shut off. I found this out by turning on the faucet for a few seconds before placing my hands under and nearly scalding them immediately. I assumed correctly that the valve was off and turned it back on myself, again not wanting to waste sleep time time. I made sure it wasn’t leaking and left it alone after that. Maintenance should be much more careful."

"The lodge is a bit dated but it has everything we need and very spacious. The pool was a hit with the kids. We will definitely be staying here again in the future"

"Great breakfast. Helpful front desk staff. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Quiet building. The pool was too small. The housekeeping staff did not always come and did not leave enough tissues or toilet paper. The shower drain didn't work properly and the tub filled up while showering. The room was too hot and the thermostat was hard to adjust."

"There was an AC in the window so the cold air was coming in all night. The noise from the busy main road was very loud. The place in general was very outdated and run down. The couch was ripped with stuffing coming. Carpeting was stained. Walls were dirty. Furniture was broken. The building sits on a nice large piece of property, so there’s potential to be a really great place if torn down and started over. "

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The amenities were much appreciated. However, although there was a sign that said they were remodeling and apologize for the inconvenience and noise, I did not expect hammering directly above my room at 8:30 AM. The staff at the front desk said they’d ask them to stop but they did not which made it impossible to do anything but check out. This was a room that cost $385 for one night in Lebanon New Hampshire, off the highway."
