I've stayed there several times over the last few years, and the property is the same as it always has been. It is a very budget hotel. It's old and there are usually little problems , but nothing I couldn't live with for one night. What was different this time was that I was not given the kind of room that I reserved, and the desk clerk's comment on it was something to the order of, you have a bed you have a TV, you have a shower. What more do you need? Given some other problems over the years, I think that will count as the last straw and I will stay elsewhere when in Abingdon.

Everything was fine . Clean rooms, bed hard but other wise aok to stay for a overnight stay we were happy. Person who checked us in was very kind and polite. I appreciate that since that was are first time in that area.

We had to buy a mattress topper from walmart the mattress was so hard. You could feel every spring. We also bought candles to relax the stench of 20 year old cigarette smoke

Property was not as advertised. The room was run down, bugs on the floor, the sheets were moist from the moisture in the room, the coffee maker and phone were broken, the hi/med/low on the AC didn’t work. Tried to cancel the second night and they gave us the run around and tomatoes wouldn’t let us cancel. Terrible service.

It was okay had plenty of room but could have been a little cleaner like in the dressers doors and night stand the ice bucket the tv was some what clean but streaked up and the telephone didn't work looked like it had been thrown across the room and the tub on the bottom needed to be cleaner and clean from hir from coming up out of the drain and drain better you stand ankle deep in water and need to pay better attention to the lennon to make sure they're no hir in them pretty much just needs to be cleaner or the cleaners need to do their job a little better it looks clean but once you get to looking or staying its not that clean im not looking for a 5 start holetell just to be clean. and or do ther job. I don't want to have to pay more to stay in a clean room i don't mind to stay in a older hotel long as its clean and it wasn't dusty just need to be cleaner like the cleaners rushed through it.

It was okay for an overnight stay. There are things in the pictures they are not in the room. Both the lamps by our bed didn’t even work. And also the outlets by the bed did not work. Also it seemed like the floors haven’t been swept in a while. Without shoes or socks you could feel the dirt on your feet

Check in was great but the room not so much. Very run down. TV didn’t work, not very clean, door card reader battery went out so keys never worked to get me in and bed very squeaky with every move.

I book online, w&en i get there they told me i was book a smoking room, im not sure, so if i want an nin smoking room i need to pay xtra 7 dlls, so i did because im tired, but its weird people who don smoke need to pay moremoney for that stay, thats insane!
