NEW FOR 2025 SEASON - AIR CONDITIONING ! Cozy studio cottage with full kitchen and screened porch. Located in Beautiful Bridgewater it is only a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. This cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and updated amenities such as flat screen TV and wifi. We have a large yard with fire pit and a horseshoe pit. Close to lakeside restaurants, hiking and Wellington State Park.

Cute spot for a weekend getaway!

This is the perfect little spot for a weekend away. My friend and I went later in the season for a girl's weekend, so we mostly had the beach (a short walk from the cottage) to ourselves. It's also very close to downtown Bridgewater for shopping and food. The cottage itself was cozy and had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals or relax after a day out. Would stay here again!

Cute and convenient

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay in Cottage 4. The cottage consists of a screened-in front porch with 2 rocking chairs, and a big open room that has 2 twin beds, a little kitchenette, and a small bathroom with a stand-up shower. There is a short path down to the water for beach and swimming access. We swam every night in the crystal clear lake water. Newfound is a beautiful place and there is so much to do. This is a great home base. We had a couple small issues but Denise is incredibly responsive and so kind.
