Our accommodation is ideal for couples or business travelers. It is well exposed and has a large terrace for you to enjoy.
As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by the modern decor and spacious rooms. The living room, with its large bay window, is the perfect place to relax after a long day.
The accommodation consists of:
- A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, ideal for your TV evenings, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. The living room is air-conditioned.
- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook.
- A PEACEFUL BEDROOM: A queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.
- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a spacious walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: Travel light because a washing machine awaits you at the apartment. You will also have everything you need to dry and iron your clothes.
- A BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE TERRACE: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends on the terrace.
## Access
Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire apartment to yourself so you can feel right at home.
INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN: Check-in is completely independent from 3 p.m. onwards thanks to a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet 24 hours before your arrival.
PARKING: The accommodation does not have a parking space, but you can park very easily on the boulevard or in the 15 Août car park, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the bottom of the building. The train station is a 20-minute walk away. What's more, you are only a 5-minute walk from the city center.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by phone until 11 p.m. in case of emergency.
LOCAL GUIDE: Before your arrival, you will receive your personalized digital booklet. It is full of our local recommendations: the best restaurants, the most charming cafes, the must-see attractions, and Brive's well-kept secrets for living like a local. You will also receive offers from our partners.

## Notes
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighborhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any departure between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include the complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book on certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorized.
