「The thermostat was not responsive. At first we wanted it warmer then it took 24 hours to become warmer and then it was too hot and took over 12 hours to become cooler again. There was a smell of sewage when we first got there. The bedroom with the door to the back yard had bugs on the ceiling and floors. They were spiders, ants, and small fruit flies. They only gave one bottle of water for our whole trip. We would have loved a lot more water. Their communication is very poor, it took over 12...

「Tiny village in beautiful rural setting. Village has many abondoned and derelict houses but this residence has been beautifully renovated, as have others in the village. Everything you could need is provided and it is beautifully decorated. Quiet and peaceful surroundings and a wonderful place for peace and contemplation, and to explore the region of Rioja. Hosts are wonderful and have thought of everything.」

「The apartment is better than described and the location is perfect for a visit to Burgos. The check in procedures were straight forward, although my daughter took care of that process, and access was quick and easy. It is close to everything and walking throughout the city was absolutely beautiful. Burgos is a wonderful, vibrant, and welcoming city. The people are so friendly and happy!
