不滿：整潔度和客房舒適度
Stay AWAY!!!
1) The first photo you see when you click on this property is a washing machine, which is a must for long-term residents. Be aware that this is a broken down machine that has been placed (tubes and all)outside the door of this apartment. 2) The smell inside the place is so foul, it will literally hit you over your face as soon as you enter. It is coming from their plumbing, so don't plan on using the stand up shower unless you want to pass out. 3) Be aware that there is an apartment right across (Coco Chanel), where the owners of the property/shop downstairs like to have parties on the weekends. The noise is so unbelievable because they haven't respect for you (the neighbor), so don't plan to get any sleep while they are there. This is not to mention the fact that at times there were huge groups, completely disregarding the current governmantal regulation. 4)Do not bother complainin to the manager because she got back to me 3 days later with an email, where she addressed me with the wrong last name and basically negated my feelings and experience. She lied about coming there that evening of the noise disturbance, which know is not true bc instead of her, one of the roudy neighbors came and told she was having birthday party (yet only bossiness ppl can rent now). 5) Oh, if they know you're there for long-term and don't book all at once, they will keep raising price. My last night I paid triple bc they knew I was trapped. Horrible attitude, except for Thomas, who was very nice.
