"Everything was friendly. Explained things clearly. Clean rooms; laundry room just off the pool area. Enjoyed the pool while getting laundry done. There's a food truck on site and a restaurant within walking distance. There breakfast was great, too. Eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, toast, donuts....almost anything to meet all tastes. Very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend "

"BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE! This resort is OVERPRICED for a run-down, tired, outdated used-to-be motel. To call it a Resort is laughable. The pictures on the website are INACCURATE and obviously very old. On the website, the rooms look shabby chic, when in reality they are only ancient and worn out. I booked a garden-view room, but the only view my room had was of the parking lot out the front window or a concrete wall that had a landscape painted on it out the back window - I guess that was my "garden". They do not provide daily cleaning services - which I have never experienced at a Hotels.com property. The office is a tacky, cluttered, outdated shambles that is could be in an episode of hoarders, and the office staff was unfriendly. When I went to inquire about my room since there was no garden view and it did not look anything like the pictures, they just shrugged their shoulders and said that they had nothing else available, though I did not see an abundance of other guests given how many rooms they had. EVERYTHING from the appliances to the cookware, to the furniture is old and worn out. The couch pillows were so old I sank into a hole when I sat on it. Additionally, the couch had stained pillows on it. I was extremely disappointed in the accommodations. The only nice thing that I can say is that the property is on the water with a pretty view, but they did not have enough lounge chairs. I could have paid the same amount or less for a WAY nicer place! "

"We enjoyed our stay, however, we prefer separate soaps, shampoo and conditioners. We did not like the refillable ones. Also our slider had some trouble opening and shutting/locking. Not a lot of amenities, but overall, comfortable. Spacious!"

"Breakfast was always great a fresh and done as I like it … the only negative about my stay was dinner .. I ordered the ropa vieja and all I got was sauce, peppers and onions . It was truly a disgrace and unacceptable for the price $38? Not good . Also waited to be attended for 20 minutes before anyone came over to say “I’ll be right with you “ it seems the restaurant at dinner is understaffed … also as a guest you charge for water bottles??? $3.09 each??? I’ve stayed in low budget hotels and never have I paid for water .. the front desk charges my room . That’s very unfortunate.."
