Check-in process at the Pub opposite the accommodation block was easy and straightforward. The staff were really friendly. The location was good - really close to a shopping centre if that's your thing.

Clean and inexpensive place to stay. Room was pleasant and warm - it was wet and windy when we visited so we were grateful for somewhere to dry out! The hotel is well served by the Loop bus making travel between Margate, Ramsgate, and Broadstairs quick and easy. It’s also across from Westcross Shopping centre, which was handy when we needed to buy a raincoat and extra layers. We didn’t have breakfast, preferring instead to travel to nearby cafes. All in all, very good.

Found the room quiet and clean although it was pretty run down and very basic. Family room. Not enough towels or pillows for family or tea/coffee. Very basic but was a quick cheap stay.

We recently stayed at Canterbury Bell and had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food was great, with a good variety of options. The location is convenient, with easy access to Canterbury and the surrounding area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a good value for money. I would happily stay here again and recommend Canterbury Bell to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.
